Questions before you write
How quickly do you reply to messages?
We read everything that comes through the form and reply as soon as we reasonably can. Reports of something broken get looked at first, because if one person hits a fault others will too. Please include the document type you were building and what you expected to happen, as that usually makes the cause obvious straight away.
Can you help me chase a customer who has not paid?
Not directly, because we never handle money and are not a party to your invoice. What we can do is help you use the tools that make payment more likely, such as clear payment terms, a payment reminder document, and the overdue list that comes with a free account.
I cannot sign in, what should I do?
Signing in works by a one-click link sent to your email, so start by checking your spam folder, as filters sometimes catch the first one. Links expire after 48 hours and only work once. Request a fresh link and, if it still does not arrive, contact us with the email address you used.
Do you offer phone support?
No, everything goes through this form so there is a written record of what was asked and answered. That means you do not have to explain a problem twice, and we can look properly at the detail of a document rather than trying to picture it over a call.
