Privacy notice
InvoiceGeneratorNow uses personal data only to provide accounts, customer records, quotes, jobs, invoices, support and essential security. InvoiceGeneratorNow carries no adverts and does not sell personal data. Contact info@invoicegeneratornow.com about access, correction, deletion or another privacy request.
What information does InvoiceGeneratorNow collect?
We collect account email addresses and business names. Account holders may enter customer contact details, enquiries, quotes, jobs, invoices, follow-ups, expenses and business settings. Security logs may include a one-way hash derived from an IP address. Contact forms store the sender's name, email address and message.
Why does InvoiceGeneratorNow use this information?
Account and business records are used to provide the service and fulfil our contract with account holders. Security records help protect accounts and the service. Contact details are used to answer requested support. We do not use customer records for advertising.
Which cookies and browser storage are used?
An essential session cookie keeps signed-in accounts secure and cannot be switched off within the service. Optional browser storage remembers theme and cookie choices. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics in this build.
How long is information kept?
Account data is kept until the account holder deletes the account or asks us to do so, subject to any legal obligation that requires limited records to be retained. On-host database backups are retained for 30 days by the supplied backup task.
Who receives the information?
Information is processed by the web-hosting and email-delivery providers configured by the site owner. Their actual names and processing locations must be added here before launch if required by the owner's chosen services. InvoiceGeneratorNow does not process payments.
What choices do account holders have?
Signed-in users can export account data and permanently delete their account from the My data page. UK data-protection rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
