InvoiceGeneratorNow provides quote, job, invoice and record-keeping software. Account holders remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, tax treatment, delivery and retention of their records. InvoiceGeneratorNow does not initiate, receive, hold, route, process or verify payments.
Who may use the service?
You must be able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate registration information. Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
What is acceptable use?
Do not use the service unlawfully, upload malicious material, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, misuse another person's data or send deceptive documents. You must have a lawful reason to store customer information.
What does the service provide?
The service helps create and manage business records. Browser printing may be used to save documents as PDF. Static bank-transfer instructions may be displayed, but all payment arrangements remain between the business and its customer.
Are accounts and data always available?
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Account holders should export important records and maintain appropriate backups. Features, limits and plans may change with reasonable notice.
Who owns the content?
Account holders retain rights in the information they enter and give us permission to process it solely to provide and secure the service. The InvoiceGeneratorNow software, branding and original site copy remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
How is liability limited?
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvoiceGeneratorNow is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit, tax errors, customer disputes or decisions made from inaccurate information entered by an account holder.
